This collection, presented at the fashion show during the BBFW, highlights the origins of the brand and its Atelier, combined with the brand’s pursuit of creativity and innovation. Originating from the heart of the Atelier in Barcelona, this collection continues with the new era of the brand, redefining bridal wear with a contemporary flare.
Inspired by its vibrant origin city, Barcelona, the collection encapsulates the city’s essence of art, innovation, and creativity. Featuring architectural volumes, geometric embroideries and groundbreaking shapes, this collection introduces unique and avant-garde designs while still preserving the essence of the Atelier brand.
The new Atelier Pronovias 2025 collection highlights three key points: architecture, structure and texture.
- ARCHITECTURE: Inspired by the city of Barcelona this collection makes an artistic reinterpretation of the modern architecture in the city. Clean looks with contemporary necklines and sleeves crafted with innovative volumes and shapes that remind you of sculptural figures.
- STRUCTURE: Structured bodies with pattern-making innovation make up part of this collection. Artistic cuts with inner construction to guarantee a perfect fit whilst also presenting conceptual designs, spirals and surreal figures and draped fabrics wrapping the body creating the optical illusion of infinity.
- TEXTURE: Homemade mosaics and modern embroideries with geometrical shapes simulating an explosion of pieces that are meticulously placed together to create a piece of art. Ethereal, flowy movements with ruffles made of organza, sparkles of crystals like waves under the sun representing the mediterranean culture in every detail of the collection.
Silhouettes
Inspired by the gardens, architecture, and streets of Barcelona, our Atelier has created Haute Couture flowers. The collection features mermaid silhouettes with new patterns, trendy column shapes, and contemporary relaxed A-lines in crepe and soft satin. Midi and short dresses with modern sophistication, geometric shapes, and elegant coat patterns add variety and elegance.
Artworks and Craftsmanship
Our Atelier has crafted new textures by developing innovative techniques. These include organic shapes creating movement through layered organza, structured spiral ruffles, and delicate draperies. Fabrics such as organza-jacquard and laser-cut crepe in geometric shapes form new, artistic materials, inspired by the architectural spirals of Barcelona.
Beadings and Embroideries
Unique embroideries inspired by Barcelona’s mosaics feature geometric designs. Our Atelier has created modern and contemporary looks using square and triangle stones, playing with transparencies and second-skin effects. These designs maintain the essence of Pronovias heritage while introducing fresh, artistic elements.
Innovations
The Mediterranean atmosphere, with its waves and dunes, inspires many styles in this collection. New patterns and ruffles full of movement in organza reflect this inspiration. Reinterpreted mermaid silhouettes with emerging godets, organic cuts, and conceptual volumes in necklines and sleeves showcase geometric shapes while ensuring comfort and perfect fitting.
