Shinjuku Lanes, a sustainable women’s accessory brand based in London, is excited to announce the launch of its first tote bag, crafted from recycled materials.

Available in three colors, the ‘Origami Pocket Tote’ features a unique double layered front pocket inspired by traditional Japanese origami, as well as an abstract terrain print reminiscent of mountain topography.

In line with the brand’s planet-first philosophy, the Origami Pocket Tote is made from recycled cotton canvas and recycled vegan leather, with a recycled nylon strap and organic cotton lining. Furthermore, the canvas fabric is coated with a PFC-free nano-coating to protect it from stains and water damage.

Launching on Monday 20th November at shinjukulanes.com, there will be three colors to choose from – Natural, Khaki Green and Black. Each variation includes an internal zipped pocket, as well as two slip pockets.

Designed for modern, urban use, the Origami Pocket Tote can comfortably fit a 14″ laptop. The chunky black straps are comfortable and durable for daily wear, with contrasting orange handles made.
