ICB Fall/Winter 2016 began with the collage of Charles Wilkin and a song, ‘Hyphy Swing’ by Cyril Noir and the Black Kat Cabaret.

Inspired by the Hyphy Swing, the collection expresses the rich history of ICB itself. This masterpiece song, Hyphy Swing, is a mixture of various tunes, tempo, and melody while keeping the ‘core suit’, which composes the perfect drama in one song. Like the beautifully allocated collage works of Charles Wilkin, the ICB essence picked from the previous collections and other sources are carefully put together to be reborn as one masterpiece collection.

It is a collection to ‘walk you through’ the drama of ICB for a new phase, and the story begins with the ICB girl taking a stroll on a cold midnight in winter in New York City.

Cozy, comfy, and snuggly items to wrap around the body to keep her warm during her night stroll in harsh winter in New York; effortlessly chic knit wide-leg pants, extra long sleeve knit dress, long cashmere robe-like coats.

Faux Fur Mixed Knit Dress / Ice Grey

A playful continuous take on winter accessories weaves throughout: a knit scarf with a faux fur panel portrays both a scarf and draped-sleeve pullover with a fluffy detail. The ICB girl’s intellectual layering appears effortless, luxurious and witty.

Silhouettes strike an exquisite balance between fantasy and reality. Cable knits – basic winter wardrobe staples – become conceptual 3d faux fur applications and abstractive cut outs and slits. Maxi-length twill skirts reveal a hidden mini. Shaggy alpaca wool bomber or basic cotton shirtdress appear double-layered. Wide-leg pants feature extravagant wide cuffs.
