Madonna was shining like a diamond in her late '70s inspired looks and her stunning body at MTV Europe Music Awards. She was dressed in purple leather boots, fishnet stockings and a matching leotard while singing her new song "Hung Up" for the first time live.

47 years old, mother of two, Madonna has always been the most popular fashion icon of all times. I remember her singing at the Wembley Stadium for the Live Aid Concert in 1985, the summer that she was recognized by everybody both by her songs and her fashion items that brought up her image. Madonna, -as she has always been- became a fashion trendsetter once again.
