Short history

The Helsinki Fashion Fair has been arranged for professionals since 1975. The fair has also been open to consumers in 2000-05. The Helsinki International Fashion Fair will focus now on producers and professionals in the field, and the new Fashion+Beauty consumer event will be arranged for the first time in November 2006.

In January 2006 the Helsinki International Fashion Fair attracted a total of 4,700 trade visitors. Covering an exhibition area of 4,500 m2, the Fashion Fair featured 150 exhibitors from 9 countries.

Programme in August

The Helsinki International Fashion Fair will provide a comprehensive survey of Finnish fashions and bring together professionals in an interesting way. High-quality Finnish clothes and accessories will be strongly represented. The leading manufactures and brands will be there.

A broad range of exhibitors will present gorgeous collections for spring and summer 2007. Trend Shows will be on the programme both days.

Speakers at the Trend Corner will talk about the latest styles and other timely themes (in Finnish).
