It has almost become unpleasant to look at the Lanvin collections: look after look of fashion perfection, and almost impossible to re-create on my budget. If you are a Givenchy customer and you don't like leather pants, you'll find it tough to wear this collection, because it seemed to be all about the pleated leather pant, which was generally quite unattractive. Giambattista Valli makes such beautiful clothing, I just love his shows. Yes, I am sorry to gush, but he (almost) never fails to amaze me. This collection featured perfect red dresses, elegant graphic prints, classic tweeds in modern cuts, and skirts made of panels of opaque and sheer.
