Mulberry
I don't really understand Mulberry's show, why not just do a presentation of bags? Does anyone actually buy their clothes? And after this show, I am not sure anyone would want to. Richard Nicoll
Richard Nicoll's fall winter 2012 collection lacked something. I think it might just be quantity of ideas, because he did his usual great things with shape (simple but modern), detail (in the form of really cool pleats) and colour (pops of strong but wearable tones) but I just felt there wasn't enough in this collection. Marios Schwab
When I saw Marios Schwab's name pop up on Vogue's list of shows, I thought "Oh yes! I forgot about this guy." And to be honest, given the number of young British designers that are well-known but not quite "safely" established, it is easy to forget about them.
